New User Registration
Member registration, dues, and profile creation.
Use the form to begin the membership registration process. You will create your basic account on this page. You will then be automatically logged in and taken to general registrtation. Once your payment is complete, your membership status will be updated, and you will receive full access to the membership-only section of this website for the coming year.
All members must register with CLRG before registering with IDTANA.
Before you begin, please ensure you have the following accessible:
- Your CLRG Registration Number
- Your police vetting reference number and issue date
- Your child protection course certificate of completion to be uploaded (e.g. current SafeSport certificate) and completion date
- Insurance policy details (for active teachers)
- A credit card for payment
This form is for new users only. If you have registered with IDTANA via this website before, please register by logging into your account and completing your registration there.
The IDTANA registration period for the 2025-2026 year has closed. Registration will be temporarily unavailable as we perform regular system maintenance in preparation for the upcoming 2026-2027 registration period. A registration form may be visible below as we conduct testing for 2026-2027 registration. Note that if you use this form before registration officially opens, your registration will not be recorded.
